This fantastic new company are looking to expand their Home Care Assistant team who support clients in the comfort of their own homes in the Eastleigh, Chandlers Ford, Hedge End, Sholing and Winchester areas What will be expected of me as a Home Care Assistant? Companionship - the BIGGEST part of the role will be helping the clients to enjoy their lives and share in their hobbies and interests together. Whether it’s watching the football on the TV, a game of scrabble or sharing a book together, you will share moments and create new memories together. Support in the community - assisting them to get out and about, whether it be to the shops or taking them to the beauty salon, you will support them to be independent. Domestic assistance - you might be making their bed or helping to prepare a family meal with loved one; keeping their house their home.Personal Care - assistance with their dignity, health and wellbeing. A Car - essential for this domiciliary role to get between your lovely clients What’s in it for me as a Home Care Assistant? Job security - A permanent contract up to 40 hours per week, no zero hours or agency work!
