About The Role

As our Hire/Sales Controller you will provide full support in all areas of internal sales, including customer service, hire transactions and support our national network of depots.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be working closely with all members of the national Sales team to achieve pre-determined business objectives.
  • Work with our key accounts will mean you will be building strong working relationships and delivering a great customer experience.
  • This is a fast moving growing business requiring a candidate who can work efficiently and to timescales on a daily basis.
  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer service orientated individual who has tool or hire experience where possible.
What We’re Looking For
  • Demonstrable customer service experience in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to manage own workloads and to prioritise daily activities
  • Confident telephone manner and good IT / keyboard skills
  • Willingness to learn the technical aspects of our range of tools and work in a team environment towards specific goals
