Portuguese Hire Fleet Coordinator

Up to £25,000 Basic

Office or Hybrid working options

Hours between Tuesday to Saturday - Shifts 7-3:30, 8-4:30, 9-5:30, 10-6:30, which is on a rota (will be discussed as needed), Saturday hours are 9-5:30.

Working for a great client, we require a Hire Fleet Coordinator, who can converse with customers in both English and Portuguese.

The main purpose of this role is to liaise between the Hire Fleet and Production teams to help to ensure that as many hire vehicles as possible are available to hire and be delivered within the SLA timelines offered in contracts. This is a fast growing team that requires someone to be efficient and effective in what they do.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • To liaise between the motorcycle policy holders and our internal teams to ensure hire vehicles are delivered within our SLA parameters
  • To work with the logistics team ensuring the hire vehicles are booked onto the delivery vans for distribution
  • Making sure the production team have cleaned and prepared the hire vehicles ready to go out
  • Organising paperwork for the drivers to give to the policy holders
  • Ordering, stock checks etc
  • Maintaining relevant google sheets and excel sheets regarding work in progress
  • Managing the maintenance of the fleet to ensure that it is legally compliant (MOT, tax, insurance, servicing)
  • Responding to issues with customers
  • Dealing with outside agencies to resolve unexpecting issues (external suppliers, police, local authorities)

Skills Required:

  • 3 years coordination experience
  • Experience of MS office
  • Ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally to the business
  • Proven track record of working on your own initiative
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experienced in work in a team environment
  • Ability to speak Portuguese to a conversational Level
