As a Highways Authority Contact Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring all excavation and reinstatement work carried out on behalf of the Company is correctly registered with the Highway Authority. You will report to the Permit Process Manager. The role requires an understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act and effective communication skills.


If you are good you will be able to influence the Highways Authority at a local level in interpretation of existing or new street works legislation and industry guidance. You will be able to carry out all aspects of day-to-day Noticing communication with the Highways Authorities.


To be successful you will be able to lead a task and work effectively as part of a team. You will have understanding of industry regulator requirements and how they affect business activity. To join the team, you need to have experience in helping others and solving problems. Just make sure you highlight all your great skills and experience in your CV!


There will be a requirment to travel to our Hatfield office for initial training
