Summary of Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Biologist to work in our Signal Transduction and Molecular Pharmacology Team (with Dr Paul Clarke), located in well-equipped laboratories in Sutton, South London. The successful applicants will join a large multidisciplinary drug discovery team and will employ molecular, biochemical, and cellular techniques to explore the targeting of RNA processing in cancer cells.

Key Requirements

Candidates should possess at least a degree qualification in the areas of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or Cell Biology, have developed a range of skills through experience in these areas and be able to work in an interdisciplinary environment towards the goal of performing cellular and biochemical assays required for exploring RNA processing. Knowledge of cancer research and familiarity with contemporary approaches to drug discovery and molecular target validation is desirable.
