Supply Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA/LSA) and Learning Support Assistants (LSA) needed for primary and secondary schools across Bristol and surrounding areas.

We pay our supply HLTA/LSAs more whilst saving schools money on every booking!

Are you a qualified HLTA/LSA looking for local work? A role as a supply HLTA/LSA will offer you flexibility to work around your other commitments.
We are currently recruiting for experienced HLTA/LSAs, interested in short/long-term and day-to-day supply roles, within our primary and secondary schools.

This is a fantastic opportunity to apply and develop your skills as an HLTA/LSA - with roles available from EYFS to post-16, dependent upon your experience and personal preferences. Are you passionate about education and looking to further your career or return to teaching after some time away? As a supply HLTA/LSA, you can expect to:

  • gain experience in a variety of schools – ideal if you are looking to complete a PGCE in the future
  • gain relevant experience in UK schools - ideal for teachers who qualified overseas
  • gain employment within your chosen industry – Ideal for NQTs actively looking for their first teaching/support role

To be considered for a role with us, we are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a level 3 qualification or above in supporting teaching & learning or a related subject, or equivalent level 4 qualification for HLTA roles
  • Have recent experience in schools within the last 3 years, preferably 6 months plus
  • Have experience of supporting a range of abilities, including SEND
  • Have a thorough understanding of the requirements of the national curriculum
  • Share our commitment to students’ well-being and positive mental health
