As a newly passed Class 2 Driver we can start your career off in the HGV industry. We can help you build up your experience, support you with your tacho and gain you the all important confidence and experience you require to get driving those Class 2, 18 Ton vehicles.

To help you on your journer we will start you on 7.5T and when the time comes that you are fully confident and have a good working record on your tachograph we will step you up.

Responsibilities

Deliveries of around 15 drops per day based in the North and as a successful candidate you may have the opportunity of being offered a temp to perm role with the company.

You must be happy lifting as a two man team and be happy with light construction of furniture, such as table legs etc, all tools will be provided.

Requirements
  • Full UK licence (category C1 or Cat C)
  • CPC & Tachocard
  • Willing to work long days (average 10 Hour day)
  • Able to unload and lift heavy packages when required
  • Punctual and presentable
Pay and Hours

Standard hours of work are Monday - Friday, 6.00am - 4.00pm however some flexibility will be required due to the nature of the role. With weekend work available.
  • Paid weekly
  • Standard hourly rate £11.80 per hour
  • Choice of payment solutions via PAYE / UMBRELLA /
