Our client has experienced remarkable growth, expanding its workforce to over 60 professionals and extending its services across Scotland and northern England, including the Highlands & Islands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy goods vehicles.
  • Conduct diagnostics and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
  • Complete services in compliance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Availability for emergency call-outs and proactive response to breakdowns.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure fleet functionality.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an HGV Mechanic in a similar role.
  • Education to City and Guilds standard in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Possession of own tools for performing necessary tasks.
  • Willingness to pass drug and alcohol testing.
  • Valid driver’s license and capability to use a company-provided van.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
