R G Bassett & Sons is a long-established, forward-thinking family transport Business. Due to increased work volumes, our Training Division, Bassett’s Transport Training, is seeking to appoint a Driver Trainer/Instructor, to deliver driver training in all classes of large goods vehicles (including C+E, C and B+E) to DVSA test standard. This could include week-long training programmes, short courses and re-tests, where required.

The successful candidate should have experience in delivering LGV licence acquisition training to DVSA standard, must hold a full Category C+E driving licence and be Driver CPC qualified. They must also hold a digital tachograph card.

Weekly pay is based on £13.65 per hour. Average hours are expected to be 45+ per week.
