ALS People are currently recruiting for Class 2 LGV Drivers in the Chelveston area to work for one of the largest companies in the Waste Industry.Previous experience on a dustcart is advantageous.The successful candidate must be able to work responsibly, safely and in a timely manner. Duties will include working as part of a team driving the heavy goods vehicle and loading refuse therefore flexibility is crucial. Full training and induction will be given.Duties
  • Driving a Class 2 refuse vehicle
  • You will also be required to assist with the loading
  • Working with a crew of refuse loaders
  • Customer Service - Public Facing
Requirements
  • Class 2 driving experience is essential
  • Must hold a valid CPC certificate
  • Must have a digital tachograph card
Previous experience of the waste industry and of waste collection is preferred but not essential as training will be given.Benefits
