About the Role: Helpdesk Administrator

Working in the Security Industry for Key Security Group offers an excellent career path with some great oppurtunities to progress.

As a UK Government defined "Essential Worker Business" we are relied upon to deliver our services 24/7 365, there is no off season for us.

Using our bespoke in-house management portal, you will record and dispatch jobs and updates across our UK Branch network and provide a reassuring and professional response.

You will be liasing with a variety of stakeholders by email, phone and using our bespoke portal.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for 2 new colleagues for Night Roles, working 4 on 4 off all year round. You must be used to working in a fast paced environment, providing excellent customer service and support.

Based in our Helpdesk at HQ, you will form part of the duty shift team.

Due to the reactive nature of the Security Industry, part of your role will be to ensure all scheduled or reactive jobs are communicated and allocated to our team of Response Officers and Subcontractors, then using our bespoke Operating System, reviewing and responding to those reports coming in.

The transfer of information to our customers in a timely fashion is paramount.

This role requires a real attention to detail and does involve an element of thinking about the task, planning the best course of action and focusing on the delivery, exceeding customer expectations on each and every occasion.

We require the successful candidates to work as part of a team and also be trusted and supported to manage your own workload.

We require the successful candidates to attend day time training shifts.

About You

Confident, clear and professional telephone manner, attention to detail, the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Experience working within a Customer Service role, excellent listening and communication skills.

Good, clear spelling and grammar as message accuracy is essential to be able to relay information to our clients, employees and contractors.
