Healthcare Operations Manager

Mental Health & Primary Care

Up to £70k per annum

Crawley Area

Overview

As Healthcare Operations Manager you will also be the CQC Registered Manager and will be responsible for all the operational aspects of healthcare provisions. Working collaboratively with the senior management team to ensure appropriate governance and quality care services are in place comparable to those of the NHS.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will also actively contribute to the strategic planning and development to aid the organisation’s effective growth.

Location

The Healthcare Operations Manager role is located in the Crawley area and is commutable from Horley, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Haywards Heath, Horsham, Burgess Hill, Worthing, Brighton & Hove as well as most of Sussex and Surrey.

Requirements

– Ideally a qualified healthcare professional General Nurse (RGN) or Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Qualified, valid NMC pin but it is not essential

– Extensive managerial experience either within an in-patient hospital or community-based health setting

– Excellent understanding of Care Quality Commission standards and Governance

– Passionate in driving up healthcare standards, forward thinking, and has a proven track record of innovating services

– Clean DBS

Interview Process

Two stages, one informal telephone interview and a formal stage with the Regional Manager.

Salary and Benefits

The salary on the position is up to £70,000 (depending on experience) and company benefits such as 25 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays and a competitive pension scheme
