A Top 15 Amlaw firm seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its health care litigation practice in the Washington, D.C. office.

The focus of this position will be on government enforcement and white collar civil and criminal defense in the health care and life sciences industries.

Ideal candidate:
  • Posses complex civil/criminal litigation experience
  • Experienced in health care fraud and abuse matters involving false claims act and the anti-kickback statute and FCPA.
  • Has district court clerkship experience
  • Admission and good standing with the DC Bar
  • 2+ years experience at a mid-large size law firm.
The firm is offering market rate salary starting at $225,000, commensurate with level of experience.
