Healthcare Assistant - Radiology

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join our radiology team in Leeds Hospital.

Helping to make sure the day to day operations of our various clinics run smoothly, you’ll assist consultants and nurses with procedures, such as dressings and wound care. With a wide variety of cases, you’re sure to broaden your skills. Our specialties include Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, Neurosurgery, Plastics surgery, ENT, Cardiology, GP services, and Physiotherapy.

Experience & Qualifications

As a minimum qualification we expect our Healthcare Assistant’s to be qualified to NVQ level 2 or equivalent, however if you have experience in working in a healthcare environment and have a desire to progress within the health & care sector we can support you as a Healthcare Apprentice and provide you the opportunity to gain the qualifications to grow your career.

Patient focused and able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, you’re a real team player. You are diligent and IT literate, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage a wide range of activities and changing priorities. A flexible approach and a passion for development and training are essential.
