Band 2 - Permanent - Full time and Part time opportunities

Milford Hospital cares for older peoples with frailty and acute frailty requirements. The hospital consist of two wards which work together to provide a high standard of care to older people.

We are seeking to employ enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals who have a caring and compassionate attitude. You should have good communication skills, a passion for older peoples care and enjoy working as part of a team in providing excellent care in a kind, warm and friendly environment. You should be highly motivated and well organised with previous caring experience desirable.

You will also enjoy the great location of Milford Hospital which is set in lovely rural grounds and has a secluded courtyard garden which is very much enjoyed by patients and their visitors. There is plenty of free available parking on site.

We offer a stimulating and supportive working environment with opportunities for growth and development. Each successful candidate is given a full Trust Induction and a three week innovative and interactive induction to the role with mentor support and access to our community practice development nurse. The RSCH is a National Care Certificate awarding organisation and actively supports applications to further careers in caring.
