We have a full time Healthcare Assistant position available on our older adult inpatient ward. Laurel Ward is a 13 bedded acute mental health ward that provides care and treatment to older people experiencing organic and functional mental illnesses.

The ward requires 24/7 healthcare cover and so the position involves shift work comprising of a mixture of early, late and night shifts. Long days are also available where requested.

You will join a welcoming and supportive team delivering high quality care to the patients of North Lincolnshire. All training will be delivered by the Trust. You will be offered a comprehensive induction package and be given opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills further.

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, be capable of working as part of a team as well as using their own imitative (under the direction of a Trained Nurse). A mature manner and the ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion are also important.
