About Our Client

We are working with a one of the country’s most respect growers and suppliers of fresh produce to the UK retail market. Their values and ethos are vitally important to them both environmentally speaking and with the people in the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a standalone H&S Manager to be part of this extremely well-established company, responsible for the implementation of the policy across three sites.

About the Job

You will be responsible for providing occupational health and safety professional leadership to all levels of staff, supporting and advising all management teams. Working with your colleagues to develop and support workplace wellbeing.

You will create, review, implement and enforce policies and procedures and apply and interpret audit and compliance requirements for various departments.

The Ideal Candidate

You will work closely with the Senior Management team which will require you to have superb communication. It is highly desirable that you have a proven track record of as a Health and Safety professional within a food, fresh produce, or agricultural environment and possess your IOSH as a minimum.
