Job Objective:

Delivers and facilitates structured safety and regulatory training and development programs and initiatives in support of the companys training plan and objectives
Ensure the development and delivery of high quality, innovative and engaging various certified (ie ECITB) courses that meet all required aspects of the learner needs.

Responsibilities:

Updates materials as dictated by changes in regulations and/or programs
Provides coaching, reinforcement of safety policy and procedures
Performs administrative duties to track completion of training, scheduling of classes and resources, compile and prepare statistical information on training program status
Ensure core H&S standards and processes are embedded into the training plans wherever possible.
Maintain accurate and timely training records and reports through strong alignment and engagement with Training Centre Manager, Trainers and Coordinator.
Maintain technical excellence levels for all ECITB and other H&S training material

Knowledge and Skills:

Team facilitation skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional settings
Possession of excellent analytical and data management skills
Must promote Company culture and mission to all employees, learners, vendors, clients and business partners
Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and lead others to create, develop and implement project process improvement(s)
Must possess proven problem solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s)
Have significant experience in the design, delivery and sourcing of H&S training
Have excellent communication skills, with the interpersonal skills to interact and influence at all levels, be passionate about developing people and be driven to achieve success
Computer software training and demonstrated ability, MS PowerPoint, MS Word& MS Excel
Strong platform and interpersonal skills
