Job Title: Health & Safety Coordinator

Pay rate: Negotiable, depends on experience.

Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety officer to join one of our clients based in Corby. Our client is one of the leading manufacturing businesses in the area and is looking for naturally driven, determined and self-disciplined candidate who is looking to develop within the business.

You will be required to work full time hours across Monday to Friday. This is a straight permanent vacancy for the right candidate.

Some of your daily duties will be to:

  • Manage the statutory inspection of equipment.

  • Work within manufacturing team to develop the most suitable and efficient facilities for their business.

  • Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are properly implemented and track actions on the register.

The successful candidate will be qualified to a minimum of NEBOSH and IOSH and will have manual handling certificate. Experience as a Health and Safety officer within the manufacturing environment would be an advantage, however we can consider candidates from different fields.
