Detailed Job Description And Main ResponsibilitiesThe Health Records Site Manager will be responsible for the operational management of the Health Records service within one area. They will oversee the day to day operations of the service at their site and will be responsible for providing a high quality, efficient and effective service that supports patient care and service needs.
They will ensure the creation and application of consistent Health Records Policies across the organisation and provide leadership, support and expert advice on Health Records matters as required.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a dynamic leader to join the BCUHB Health Records Service.
As the Health Records Site Managerresponsible for the operational management of the Health Records service on the Ysbyty Glan Clwyd site, you will join the Health Records Management Team in providing a high quality, efficient and effective service that supports patient care and service needs.
Responsible for a large team; you will ensure the creation and application of patient records policies across the organisation and provide leadership, support and expert advice on patient record matters, contributing to service wide reviews through the timely provision of data for key performance indicators.
Acting as a subject Matter Expert in projects impacting on the acute patient record, you will support the implementation of new and innovative technologies that drive the digital transformation towards a Digital Health Record.
Hours of working are 37.5 Monday - Friday
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
