Heath Economics and Outcomes Research Lead MaidenheadA unique position has surfaced to work with a global research based pharmaceutical company who discover and develop groundbreaking solutions to help people living with dermatological diseases. This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a company at the forefront of developing these medicines.They are looking to add a Health Economics and Outcomes Research Lead, who will act as a key member in the HTA team. Reporting directly to the Directors of Market Access, Communications & External Affairs, you will have the opportunity to work on an innovative pipeline while bringing the right access and focus to delivering robust evidence for new medicine.ResponsibilitiesDelivery of successful HTA submissions by managing the full cross functional process of UK and Ireland HTA submissions from analysis through to dealing with outcomes post submissionEvidence gap generationGenerate Real World evidence, forward planning to generate payer evidence that strengthens the value proposition.Lead the development of appropriate data plans and communicate evidence generated via publications and conference presentationsDevelop and implement innovative materials and tools for use by the field teams that demonstrate the brands value propositionDevelop and maintain a network of key NHS/HSE stakeholders who influence market accessEssentialDegree in biomedical science, business, or economics.Post-graduate degree (or equivalent applied work) in health economics or related work experience.Launch experience, preferably in the UKWorked at a senior level within a health economic consultancy, HTA agency, or a pharmaceutical companyExtensive understanding & experience of UK & Irish HTA submission processesExperience of generation and publication of real-world evidence for market access.Ability to communicate technical matters in a clear and impactful way with others via a range of mediaProject management of cross functional teamsWork within existing management structure, and to consistently deliver high-quality workIf you are interested in wanting to part of a growth journey and health economics, please send your CV to or call for a confidential discussion.
