Location:Bynea, Llanelli, SA14

Salary: Care Staff - £10.50 per hour. Senior Staff - £10.65 per hour

Hours:20 – 30 hours per week

Our client is a privately owned Residential/Dementia care home that provides excellent care for 23 residents.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team who will help you to not only full fill your role but also to further your career in the care sector if you so wish.

They provide expert, person centred, residential and dementia care for 23 residents in a home from home environment. Their residents are at the heart of everything they do; your role will be to assist their residents with their physical and emotional needs, whilst promoting dignity, respect and independence.

You should be a compassionate, positive and enthusiastic person who is able to work alone or as a team and who is able to show initiative and work well under pressure. The role can sometimes be challenging but full support and training will be given.

Qualifications/Skills

Care Staff
  • NVQ/QCF Level 2 (preferable)
  • Registration with Social Care Wales would be an advantage
Senior Staff
  • NVQ/QCF Level 3
  • Experience administering medication.
You will be supported to complete a relevant qualification if you have not already done so.
