We work with various residential and care homes in the Manchester, North West, Staffordshire, Midlands regions.

We specialise in providing temporary and permanent healthcare professionals to clients in Private Care and Care Homes based in the Northwest.

We’re looking for HCA’s with experience and passion of managing, having oversight of exceptional care to elderly patients in care homes.

The right candidate will have the aptitude and mind-set of meeting / exceeding all the standards of elderly healthcare.

Job Title: Health Care Assistant

To be a healthcare assistant, you’ll need to be

  • caring and kind
  • cheerful and friendly
  • willing to be hands-on with patients
  • willing to do personal care tasks (washing, toileting, etc)
  • able to follow instructions and procedures
  • able to work in a team but use their own initiative

You’ll also need

  • communication skills, including listening
  • organisation skills
  • observational skills

DESIRABLE

A full, valid UK driving licence and access to a car or access to other transport on a regular basis.
