We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, well organised Health and Wellbeing Manager to join our caring team dedicated to the wellbeing and welfare of students.

The role involves providing first aid to the school community, ensuring that students with medical needs have access to the curriculum and other school-based opportunities, to promote health and wellbeing, including mental health, across the school and to support the child protection team in safeguarding vulnerable students.

Applicants should enjoy working with children and must have strong communication and organisational skills as well as being able to remain calm in a crisis.

We offer pay scales above the national standard with rapid progression for those who get consistent outstanding student outcomes, reduced gym membership to our on-site gym, reduced fees for the on-site nursery, and a laptop.
