Job DescriptionWe are looking for a committed Health and Safety Advisor to join our growing team, working in partnership with Severn Trent Water and other major clients in the region. This role will give the right candidate a great balance between exercising and monitoring high standards of occupational health and safety, also focussing on human factors as part of our behavioural safety leadership programme.
  • Are you hands on and passionate about Health and Safety?
  • Can you influence operational teams to make safe choices and work towards an environment where ‘zero injuries’ is a real possibility?
  • Can you be a driving force behind health and safety performance and continual improvement initiatives?
  • Do you have a positive attitude with and can demonstrate great communication skills with colleagues, operational supervisors/managers and our valued clients?
Candidate Specification
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
  • 3-4 years’ experience in UK construction, civils/utilities sector, (other UK industry sectors may be considered)
  • Willingness to travel across the Midlands
  • Desirable - NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
