The team size is about 34 people. You’ll work in close conjunction with the founding leadership – CTO and CEO, VP infrastructure, data science, and machine learning leaders.

Ensuring customers needs requiring technical effort are met at highest quality and speedClosely working with Customer SuccessWorking with engineering leadership to maximize development and OKR velocity on core features via optimizing and executing development processes (ex Jira, testing, eng review process management, OKR management)Executing non-core technical projects via outsourced teams or other meansPlatform integrationsMarketing techClosely working with Head of MarketingLiaising with partnerships teams on platformsBuilding business relationships with platform side peoplePushing and negotiating the deals with the partnersEnsuring correct representation of DataMilk on those platformsEx getting reviewsApp pages looking greatRequirementsWho Are You?You have leadership skills and like to understand and work closely with the business, are curious, skeptical, humble, and ambitious at the same time. You believe the ultimate way to prove a solution is with Data.When interfacing with a business you summarize possible outcomes and options, their strengths and weaknesses. Nobody can predict the future.
