Head of Technical Delivery & Support – Digital Transformation / Telephony My client is looking to recruit an experienced Head of Technical Deliveyr and Support to manage and support future digital transformation in a SaaS environment Within this role, you will deliver, maintain and support traditional on premise platforms whilst transitioning to digital technologies. The Head of Technical Delivery will ensure resource allocation and develop skills within the field teams delivering against both customer and contract requirements. Working closely with Information and Development teams, you will understand changing need and upcoming software and solution requirements, developing continuous improvements including data migration. Providing leadership and drive, you will :
  • Manage a field based team of technical engineers
  • Manage a team of applications engineers
  • Develop robust processes
  • Take the lead on the implementation of methodologies including the extensive use of remote diagnostic tools to improve off site fixes
  • Develop skills base for the future expansion of the SaaS platform
  • Analyse activities
  • Undertake regular appraisals and appropriate staff training
  • Complete reports
  • Coach and mentor less experienced staff
  • Drive forward service improvement The Head of Technical Delivery and Support will be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of software systems and digital transformation along with proven skills in Operational Delivery. You will be a proven man manager who is experienced in Change Management. Experience of working in the Telecoms / Healthcare sector would be highly beneficial.
