As a result, we are currently hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the talent acquisition function and help the organisation hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.

Main Duties of Job:

Your main responsibilities will include:

· Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities

· Defining and leading projects focussed on continuous improvement

· Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring

· Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience

· Partnering with leaders within the organisation to track ongoing hiring needs of their business

· Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles

· Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met

· Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction

· Managing a small team of people.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

● Proven track record at managerial level for Talent Acquisition (in-house or RPO environment, not agency) in a fast-paced environment

● A can-do attitude with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels

● Experience in delivering best in class candidate experience

● Experience of successfully designing and executing diversity initiatives

● Experience in implementing & managing recruitment-related data and reporting applicant tracking systems, and direct sourcing tools

● Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)

● Proven experience of automating and improving all aspects of the recruitment process

● We will be looking for you to have a strategic mindset, be personable in your interactions with all colleagues, have a high level of patience, be innovative in your solutions, and ambitious in your plans and delivery

● Good understanding of recruitment-related labour law, compliance and the GDPR
