Our ~450 people are passionate about our brand and are dedicated to creating quality in all that they do, and we are looking to find our future Sales Director, through the recruitment of a talented Head of Sales to drive our ambitious growth plans.

In this role you will be responsible for:

The overall management of all our major customers, ensuring the achievement of key KPI’s.

You will be a key successor to the Sales Director and will therefore work closely to develop the breadth and depth of your knowledge, this will include leading cross European Key Account initiatives for GB, E-Commerce development & local market implementation of central initiatives as well as significantly upskill our account management approach (e.g. price management, terms, business planning, revenue management).

You will successfully lead a high performing talented team, driving performance management and creating and delivering high performance behaviours in teams. You will also need to manage cross functional teams and the change required to achieve outstanding results.

You will actively encourage others to find ways of improving what they already do, focussing them on future possibilities and opportunities to enhance performance and keeps an open mind and promote learning and continuous improvement. You will focus others on the future of the business and the role they have to play in supporting this and promote the need to work in an environment which is constantly changing and evolving

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who is:

· Degree level qualified or have equivalent experience within a commercial role in a premium brand. You will be able to demonstrate strong people leadership, with sales operation and revenue management skills. You will have managed major key accounts with significant complexity and scale.

· You should also be able to demonstrate a breadth of experience gained through either another business function or in geography. Finally, you will need to have experience of selling through different routes to market and industries, as well as significant expertise in e-commerce (over 60% of sales are online).

  • You will need to display high energy levels of motivation, is open and receptive to feedback and keen to do what you can to further enhance your own performance and support others to do the same.
  • You should welcome change and improvement, displaying openness and receptiveness to new ideas, innovation and working practices, forthcoming with your own suggestions and quick to try new things out.
