Are you an experienced Head of Recruitment or Resourcing who can take on the challenge of driving and delivering the recruitment strategy for a recognised International business, who provide services to the majority of the FTSE 100.

Whilst the role is remote and the company can be flexibile on your location, there will be some travel when needed and their Head Office is based in Reading, so easy to reach from London, the South or the Midlands.

This is an exciting time to join the business and as well as improving their global direct recruitment strategy and reducing recruitment spend, you will also be working closely with the HR team on new projects such as strategic workforce planning, talent and succession planning, looking at their employee value proposition and employee experience, as well as launching a new Graduate and internal talent programme.

To be considered you will have previous experience of leading a talent aquisition or Resourcing function within a complex business (ideally with a global aspect).

Your communication skills will be strong, to interact and deliver the best service to internal stakeholders as well as manage and coach your own team.
