We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic professional, capable of consistently raising the aspirations and performance of students across the ability range, to lead and inspire a small team as Head of MFL. The applicant should have a demonstrable track record of success teaching French or Spanish up to A level and able to teach effectively across the ability range.

You will have excellent interpersonal and team working skills and have the drive and commitment to lead and inspire this developing team.
