This is a remote position. As a true senior level marketing professional, you crave a career role where you can draw from your extensive marketing toolset to conjure and creatively develop marketing strategies, that will bring the results you know you have the capability to. The company not only has a very exciting technological development creation, but also a very strong and unique product. The customer audience is extensive and will need carefully segmented, to determine the best ways to communicate with them. From a marketing perspective, their uniqueness not only provides a superb USP, it all gives a whole raft of marketing angles and directions that will get your creative brain totally buzzing. Their key product will be launched shortly and will be available in a number of international countries, before potentially becoming global. That will give you a sense of the scale of the trajectory this outstanding role can achieve, with the right person. The company is highly entrepreneurial and someone with that spark of dynamic entrepreneurialism in their Head of Marketing would undoubtedly work well. The company is suitably resourced for growth/expansion. Initially you will be working remotely to define strategies & plans and then implement them, on a hands on basis. As you progress the marketing function, you will grow a team, who you will nurture to brilliance. This role would suit a contemporary marketing manager/head of marketing who:- Has significant knowledge/experience with digital/online marketing, social media channels, larger scale publicity, etc. Has wide ranging marketing/branding knowledge/skills/experience to determine the short, medium and long term priorities and how to generate the best results, effectively Is both strategic and hands on - so they can make plans and then implement them, using the right resources Can measure performance and constantly seek creative solutions to improve upon it Has their finger on the market pulse, for the sector and bigger picture Can grow a marketing function/team from startup to global champion Self-motivated, highly creative, stable, excellent at communicating, likes to challenge and be challenged, sees detail and big picture The company wants to find the right person - and for that person to then stay for a good long time, for mutual benefit. The role, in time, could involve international travel, as you grow your team and the markets.
