The Head of Marketing and Communications is a pivotal role with a focus on increasing our community, customer experience and delivering B2C growth across a mix of channels. You will primarily be responsible for planning, creating and delivering the entire digital media & marketing strategy for the company. You will be responsible for driving the growth of brand awareness, online sales and walk-in sales for all venues across the brand. You will be tasked with ensuring that all long-term marketing activities and strategies provide a comfortable ROI. As Head of Marketing and Communications, you will oversee the Brand, PR and Marketing team in delivering engaging owned, earned and paid channel content and ensuring we achieve our ambitious targets. You will help shape our national campaigns, have responsibility for visitor budgeting and forecasting, and help shape our site improvement schemes. Key Responsibilities include Marketing strategy & content planning, creation and management Implementing and Managing the annual Marketing Budget Lead & deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns (E-comm, social media, ppc, email, In-store, events) Website management and SEO - Influencing and improving the customer experience, traffic and conversions. Social Media Management Proactively seek out opportunities for brand engagement & content with new and existing relationships with influencers, ambassadors & media partnerships In-store and event co-ordination & management Create marketing analysis and performance reports Assist day to day operations Ensure the company remains up to date with current GDPR guidelines Delivering campaigns for new store openings What’s Required The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven background of working within the sector. They must also have: Passion & Positive Energy - Always displaying a positive, winning and optimistic attitude. Finding solutions not problems. A minimum of 10 years’ marketing & communications management experience A track record of successfully leading and delivering a multi-channel marketing strategy A collaborative and committed team player Excellent communicator Perfect attention to detail Exceptional organisational skills Experience in leading a team Firm grasp of SEO and keyword research Proven experience in content management Superior copywriting skills Ability to deliver creative and inventive content, thinking outside the box (text, image and video). Basic knowledge of Adobe illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign. Proven experience working with Google Analytics, Ads + Business
