Job Title: Head of Learning and Engagement Programmes

Contract: Full time, 12 Month FTC. Able to consider part time working and job share.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Head of Learning and Engagement to join us on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis. In this role you will be reviewing the strategy and offering provided by the centre for development programmes/initiatives, also working with the key stakeholders to ensure that this meets the business stream requirements. You will also have responsibility for corporate leadership and management programmes, coaching, mentoring, skills development, and for managing, launching and analysing the employee engagement survey.

What are we looking for?

You will need to be an experienced learning and engagement specialist who has a demonstrable track record of successfully determining and delivery the right initiatives to deliver business value, in organisations of a similar size, complexity and maturity. You must have strong stakeholder management skills, where you are able to navigate the corporate landscape, quickly establish credibility and build effective, collaborative working relationships at all levels. If this sounds lik you and you are also someone highly resilient, very comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritise and lead multiple complex projects with L&E expertise and also experience in managing Learning Management Systems then please apply!
