A superb opportunity hasarisen to head up the Land and New Homes department within Oakwood Estates. Weare looking for an experienced candidate who has a track record of working withdevelopers and wants a fresh challenge.

This is a great chance to be part of a winning formula within the fastest growing independent estate agents in the local area. Set up in 2008 this dynamic company have grown to 7 leading branches located along the Crossrail line and is a fresh and progressive company with high reaching ambitions.

Key tasks include:


  • Liaising with developers
• Responsible for generating new business and enquiries for the land and new homes department
  • Listing new build properties to the market
  • Assist and promote the marketing of the developments
  • Ensuring the sales negotiators in branch promote the developments listed
  • To carry out development site appraisals, plans, proposals and valuations
  • Win instructions and develop ongoing relationships
  • Driving the new homes sector forward

  • Estate Agency / Land and New Homes Experience

All candidates need to have worked in Residential Agency and listed newdevelopments. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills and be highlydriven and motivated to hit given KPIs. Understanding of new build and land is essentialalong with knowledge of plans and proposals. Finally knowledge of the localarea would be advantageous and specifically the property market in theareas where are branches are located.
