Description

This role will take leadership of installation works management of customer installations for fibre optic connectivity. Overseeing and driving the efficiency and effectiveness of a schedule of installation partners, this role will work actively with senior management to ensure that the end-to-end management of scheduling for customer install and repair activity.

Responsibilities Include

Leading on all installation control activity (prioritisation, workflow management, scheduling etc.)

Managing end-to-end workflow in alignment with KPIs

Managing a new installation works control service for the business

Working actively with build control department to ensure all permits/notices are in line with appropriate work type

Requirements

Min. 3 years of proven experience of leading an installation control environment in fibre delivery (FTTH/FTTP etc.)

Experienced in working with Field Force workflow system

A clear understanding of underground and overhead in fibre networks, including internal installation

A demonstrable record of delivering customer installations of fibre connectivity
