Head of HR, up to £75k pa + great bens, 1 day per week in Hereford office. Permanent.

Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity. The growth of the company means the need to recruit for this pivotal Head of HR post work alongside the Chief Operating Officer to develop the company’s HR strategy and function. You will be key in ensuring the right culture, skills and people to successfully grow. The purpose of the role is to lead the development and delivery of the HR & OD strategy across the company so that we create the best possible working environment to allow our staff to succeed. This role will also be directly responsible for managing a diverse range of teams who deliver services to our shareholders and private sector clients. Flexible working is embraced. This role s likely to be worked remotely most of the time - c1 day a week in the office per week.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR and OD leader with a solid employee relations and OD background. Experience in influencing senior Managers, driving forward improvements and leading teams is essential. As a commercial organisation with public sector roots you must also be commercially minded and have polished stakeholder management skills.
