Head of Franchise (Light Commercial Vehicles).
  • Starting salary up to £50,000-£60,000 per annum with £75,000 annual earnings.
  • Excellent additional package benefits.
  • 40/45 hour week Monday to Friday.
Our client, one of the UK’s largest commercial vehicle dealer groups with sites nationwide, are currently looking to recruit a Head of Franchise to oversee two of their light commercial vehicle franchises that they represent.

Working closely with the senior management team, you will be required to oversee the operation of three light commercial vehicle dealerships in Gloucester, Derby and Chester and visit them on a regular basis ensuring they successfully deliver on their financial, customer service and franchise partner objectives.

The key objective as a Head of Franchise is to significantly drive forward the financial performance of these functions, ensure excellent customer satisfaction scorings and operate in a compliant manner.

As a Head of Franchise, you will be expected to explore new and alternative initiatives in order to deliver benchmark customer service and upper quartile performance across all sites and all measures.

You will also be responsible for a business generating £20 million revenue meaning motivational leadership, relationship management and the ability to influence the key stakeholders within the functions are critical parts of this Head of Franchise role.

In order to be eligible for this Head of Franchise role, you will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of either Gloucester, Derby and Chester an have a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and delivering on company objectives.

You will need to have extensive prior or current experience operating at a senior multi-site management level within a similar commercial vehicle dealership/dealer group.

Overall, you will have the ability to lead and inspire your team and those around you, have excellent listening and communication skills, have the ability to build long term relationships, and fairly represent our client’s franchises and business equally.

You will also need a UK driving licence with minimal points and to be IT literate.

For your hard work as a Head of Franchise our client is offering:
  • Starting salary up to £50-60,000 per annum pending experience.
  • Performance related bonus scheme providing an uncapped annual earnings of £75,000+.
