We are looking for a qualified accountant, with excellent leadership skills and relevant experience of working as a senior finance professional in a complex, yet hugely rewarding organisation, who is passionate about making a real difference.
This is a broad role and encompasses strong financial control but also operational responsibilities including the day to day management of our Finance Team, comprising Payroll and Risk and Assurance Teams.
As Head of Finance you will report to the Director of Resources and be responsible for the day to day control of the finance function; including oversight of our management accounts and budget preparation. Working closely with our Directors and Heads of Service, you will add value to all aspects of our business. You will be confident in preparing reports and presenting information at Board level, able to work with large data sets and be a good problem solver. The successful candidate will be comfortable working autonomously as well as leading our award-winning team of finance professionals.
