Head of Faculty - Creative Arts, Media and Performance

Based Wiltshire and Cross Campus (Trowbridge/Chippenham/Salisbury)

Salary £41,727 to £46,120 per year

At an exciting time for Wiltshire College & University Centre, as we launch our new strategic plan, we are looking for a dynamic, creative and inspiring Head of Faculty – Creative Arts Media and Performance to lead the faculty on the next stage of its journey. As a high performing faculty, the curriculum offer is wide ranging and incorporates all aspects of the creative industries across three campuses, providing excellent destinations for our students.

You will be passionate about creative industries and the continuous improvement in teaching and learning and will play a crucial role in the evolution of our curriculum. With high expectations and aspirations for our students you will lead on curriculum innovation to continuously deliver programmes that meet the needs of students.

You will have experience of curriculum management and development with a proven track record of securing sustained improvements. You will also have experience of working collaboratively with peers to ensure a seamless student experience.
