Our Client provides market and category insights into some of the worlds most well known brands via their dedicated platform. Due to the recent successes and planned expansion, the businesses now needs to hire a senior individual that can be accountable for delivering the Company’s product sets. Reporting to the CEO, the role will have responsibility for infrastructure, dev ops, software maintenance, data quality and programme management

Job Purpose

  • To lead a combination of onshore and offshore development and technical resources.
  • Be responsible for the integration and subsequent management of off-shore IT function.
  • Create a strategic plan focused on innovation and building a delivery structure that will support significant revenue, data and portfolio growth over the next 3 years. But most important of all, an organisation that delivers a world class service that delights our clients.

  • Service delivery & platform maintenance
  • System management & data integrity
  • Programme management & governance
  • Cost of sale and budget management.

Responsibilities

  • Own the company programme and project plan for product development and client onboarding
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget and meet client delivery expectations
  • Identify all areas of operational risk and single points of failure and mitigate/resolve those risks
  • Ensure all systems and processes across the technology stack are documented
  • Ensure that the server infrastructure, operating systems, databases and software code are optimised
  • Establish SLA and KPI productivity measures and processes and manage against those objectives
  • Oversee maintenance ticket process, allocation and resolution performance
  • Support the Product team with pre-development analysis, QA testing and automated release management
  • Lead the software maintenance and production team in Vietnam and consider expansion
  • Offshore and onshore team leadership and management of third party outsource contracts
  • Identifies areas for efficiencies and cost of sale improvements to drive up gross margins
  • Manage the IT Operations budget and deliver on business case ROI measures
  • Internal IT support to include hardware, business applications, website and CRM
  • Build and manage a data quality team and the associated systems and processes to drive 99% accuracy
  • Work with the commercial team to provide client support when and where needed.
