Head of Employee Engagement and Internal Communications
Ref: ALC1255
£43,434 to £50,296 per annum
Working closely and collaboratively with the Executive Team, the People and Culture Division and key stakeholders across the University you will develop and drive our employee engagement and internal communications strategy. With a demonstrable track record gained within a complex and fast-paced environment, you will identify, develop and embed new and innovative ways of working, improve employee engagement through clear, transparent and two-way communication, and deliver internal communications across a broad spectrum of priorities. Highly creative, you will devise and deliver innovative methods of delivery to maximise employee engagement and impact.
Internal staff communications is led by the People and Culture Division, but you will maintain a close working relationship with the Associate Director of Communications and Content within the Communications team to ensure consistency and synergy of approach.
The University is undergoing a period of significant and transformational change and you will play a key role in driving and facilitating the engagement and communications aspects of strategic change programmes, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and embedding the University’s culture, values and behaviours to support the development of a high-performance environment.
