A Head of Digital Marketing is required by our client, the fastest-growing ecommerce retailer in the UK.

A negotiable salary of up to £65k is available dependent upon experience. As Head of Digital Marketing you will be responsible for owning the digital marketing and performance-based strategies and you will be confident with brand positioning. The overall focus for the Head of Marketing is to drive brand awareness, drive traffic to the website, increase conversions and gain a loyal customer base. You will achieve this via a multi-channel approach leveraging all channels such as content, SEO, SEM, PPC, email, social media, paid social, PR, affiliates and CRO/UX. This role will suit an experienced Marketing Director or Senior Marketing Manager who is used to being strategic, creative and analytical, and will take a strong leader to develop and nurture Marketing teams. Required skills:
  • Senior Digital Marketing experience with brand strategy
  • Proven experience across content, SEO, SEM, PPC, email, social media, paid social, PR, affiliates and CRO/UX.
  • Strong commercial mindset and experience working with successful eCommerce brands.
  • Strong team leadership
