We are delighted to be working with a European market leading clinical group as they look to recruit for a Head of CRM to join their team at a really exciting time to join the business. Customer relationships are a key strategic focus and this role is pivotal to their marketing strategy, and you will be responsible for leading national and local campaigns and evolve the data and insight strategy.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, and with one direct report, you will be responsible for planning and delivering CRM strategies across all brands, driving customer retention and loyalty, all customer journey mapping and leading all implementation. The role will collaborate with Account, Creative, Data, Analytics and UX in developing behaviour-changing experiences that will engage with customers in new ways.

To be considered for the opportunity you will require the following skills and experience:

Clear track record of delivering CRM strategies and successfully driving customer retention and loyalty within a consumer marketing environment.

Expertise in segmentation, list management, deployment and lifecycle marketing best practices.

Well versed in marketing automation.

A creative thinker who can oversee multi-touch campaigns with keen analytical abilities.

Any experience of salesforce or working with Salesforce, Oracle or Marketing Cloud CRM technology would be highly advantageous.

Well versed in managing high volume B2C customer databases.

Will ideally be able to get to the office in Coleshill three days a week.
