We are looking for an experienced individual to lead the development and execution of all MHR Alliance sales including a strategy for new business and customer cross-sells in all sectors. To be responsible for the efficient and effective day-to-day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth, expense, cost and margin control, and financial management of Alliance sales and partners.

Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for UK Alliance sales and revenue as detailed in the MHR Business Plan. Execute all commercial activity in line with marketing activity and the company’s strategic plans as approved Board.
  • Work with the CSO to deliver the Alliance sales strategy so that MHR covers all segments and markets. Promote price leadership, increasing market share, value and share of wallet.
  • Identifying future and current market participation both strategically and tactically, identifying future alliance partnerships.
  • Continue to promote, develop and sophisticate as appropriate the segmentation programme for Alliance sales.
  • Assess, build and manage an array of necessary partner channels capable of delivering on the company’s growth objectives both inbound and outbound.
  • Ensure all sales opportunities are identified, planned and executed in line with the company plan.
  • Drive the MHR Sales and Customer Relationship teams to deliver higher and wider Alliance sales.
  • Keeps abreast of emerging business trends and collaborates with other business leaders to embed Alliance opportunities in business strategy.
  • Support the business case preparation through the identification of key project tasks, deliverables, manpower, costing and forecasts for expenditure.
  • Develop and communicate business/technology strategy to Board & Senior Management teams, employees, partners, customers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Line management responsibility including staff recruitment training and development, regular check-ins and associated development plans, ensuring all team members are equipped to the highest skill levels require to perform their role.
  • Management of risk through formal management techniques.
Skills
  • Experience of sales in a management role
  • Understanding of sales forecasting and effects on financial standing of the company
  • Proven experience of Account Management of large and enterprise size customers
  • Ability to close business at board level
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of Payroll and Human Resources market
  • Good level of understanding of team management techniques
  • Team player, strong interpersonal skills
  • Commercially astute and polished
