The Executive Chef of this well run modern hotel, located on the Wirral, is seeking a Head Chef who can maintain the high standard of spec menus currently offered. The hotel offers both cooked and continental breakfast and also has a separate bistro style restaurant that offers quality fresh food dishes. The kitchen is a good size and as head chef you you will be leading a brigade of 5 Chefs so good leadership skills are also required. Completing all necessary paperwork and ensuring the kitchen is performing financially is also a key part of this role. Requirements: This role would suit a very strong Sous Chef seeking their first Head Chef role or a Head Chef looking for a new challenge in their career. This position would be ideal for a chef who has a proven track record of working in a fresh food branded operation. Excellent knowledge of current kitchen regulations is also essential for this role.
