Sunlight Restaurant & Bar - Wirral CH63 . Are you ready to lead and inspire the young team at our modern British restaurant? As a neighbourhood restaurant with a loyal and regular client base, we are proud of our seasonal menu. We are looking for a head chef with a passion for fresh food and quality ingredients who can bring fresh ideas to our menu, rigour to our buying and discipline to our kitchen. You will be working 5 days a week with two consecutive days off, and as a family business we understand you will want some flexibility. For the right candidate this role can fit comfortably around family life. We are a young and friendly team and we look forward to welcoming you to The Sunlight team.
