An opportunity to help establish a new workplace team at a thriving North-West technology business, driving the in-house provision of catering services with the guidance of the Workplace Services Manager. About you You have made your career in hospitality. You would be comfortable running a kitchen in a high quality hotel or restaurant, or an independent or corporate environment.

Key responsibilities You will help establish a new workplace catering operation from scratch: Recruiting chefs and catering assistants. Creating menus/specifications and catering SOPs.

Consulting people across the business to gather feedback to drive menu creation. Mentoring and supporting the team to deliver exceptional food & service. Supporting the team in integrating with the wider business and our culture.

You will support the delivery of all in-house catering services: Delivering an exceptional product. Liaising with suppliers, purchasing only the best local produce. Actively engaging with wider teams to exceed expectations.

Maintaining an agreed cost of sale to ensure operation is productive. You will help plan and produce menus for occasional events, such as: Employee parties (summer and Christmas). Themed meals.

Drinks after all-hands meetings. Occasional external-facing events (for recruitment, etc.). You will be responsible for all compliance aspects of the catering operation, including: Health and safety, including food safety.

Allergen management. Maintaining and managing equipment. Liaising with the suppliers & contractors.
