Head Chef Location – Cheshire Salary - £30-35K (DOE) Golf Jobs are working with one of the most reputable and successful retailers within the golfing industry. The company are looking for someone to join their team at one of their driving range sites as an experienced ‘Head Chef’. Based at the Cheshire site, you will look after the day-to-day catering, as well as managing the kitchen and culinary team. The successful candidate will have previously worked within this type of environment, meeting customer satisfaction always and complying with company budgets and standards. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring the highest standards of food production , whilst complying with all food hygiene and health and safety legislation Managing the kitchen areas, ensuring there are appropriate cleaning rotas are in place. Managing stock levels and assisting the ordering and invoicing process es . Providing financial information and stock figures as required. Recruiting a kitchen team that you will train, develop, and organise rotas for. Working with the Management team to create ways that will optimise rev enue streams and maintain sales growth. Promoting the company’s brand within the industry and collaborating with the other branded sites to ensure unifo rmity of services across the company. Partnering with the Food & Beverage Manager and Marketing Team to ensure best customer experience and plan for future events across the site.
