Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a newly refurbished hotel based on the outskirts of Winchester. We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Head chef to join their team. You must be a strong leader, understand the costing side of the business and be good at managing a team. You will have the responsibility to build up a team, create menus in line with the hotel’s concept and drive the hotels food offering. A background at a high end level is essential (2/3 rosette)

What’s involved?

Working alongside the management team, your main duties as the New Head Chef of this recently refurbished site, will be to run the kitchen efficiently, have full understanding of stock control, Menu writing and building up the business to a 2-3 rosette level. You will be in charge of the recruitment of your brigade, developing them to produce a high-quality food offering, and maximizing profits.
